A Bachelorette Photoshoot 

Wouldn’t it be great to get all our bridesmaids together:

• On a relaxed night

• In perfect weather

• Everyone in a favorite dress or favorite jeans

• Not the night before a wedding

This idea just thrills me! Every Bride needs her bridesmaids around for support, and to ease the stress and to-dos on the day of the wedding, and that is a fact. But it is also a fact that these are our best friends, our sisters, our tribe, and in so many ways their love was the love that prepared us to love the man we are going to marry. Why not celebrate their love? 

If the big wedding that was planned for 2020 had to be scaled back for a small wedding with a limited wedding party, if you are gearing up for a big wedding, or even eloping, here is my perfect idea: Get the girls together for a photoshoot! The possibilities are as limitless as our imagination. Get all dressed up and head to a local winery for some blushing pictures in the vineyard. Throw on those breezy sundresses and let’s head to the lake for a sunset over the water. Throw on those best-friend jeans and let’s walk the streets of Mackinac Island or Lazy J Ranch. Get one more wear out of the bridesmaids’ dresses as we get lost in a sunflower field. Enjoy each other’s company, and capture some of the most natural, fun, real pictures of sisters, best friends, bridesmaids on a perfect day together.
